Workshop on Anger Management

A workshop on Anger Management was held in the AV room for the students of classes VI to VIII. It was presided by Dr. Deepa Puuri and Dr. Navita under the supervision of our principal mam Ms. Veena Chopra.

Anger was defined as an emotional state that varies in intensity with the seriousness of the situation. It has various masks such as anxiety, fear ,insecurity ,shame, guilt, sadness etc. Unbridled violence does great harm not only to oneself but also to friends and relatives.

For anger management children should practice positive self talk, count backwards, go for jogging and above all practice meditation. Children should inculcate respect for others and practice forgiveness to control anger.
