ONE DAY CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME- STRESS MANAGEMENT

A one day Capacity Building Programme was organised on Stress Management by CBSE in the premises of Springfields Public School. The resource persons were Mr. Kapil Batra, a motivational speaker and Ms. Charu Yadav, Principal - DCM Senior Secondary School, Ambala. They apprised and enlightened the educators about various stress management strategies for their continuous development towards excellence as it offers a variety of way outs to make our life balanced and healthy.

The workshop was quite informative  and thought provoking. The participants enjoyed exploring various methods to vanish their stressful dilemmas thereby optimising their personal performance and overall well being.
