 Mythological Story Telling Activity

Dussehra, also known as Vijayadashami, is a fervent and significant Indian festival that marks the triumph of good over evil. It is the festival of glory and splendor. People celebrate Dussehra with great enthusiasm throughout the country. On this auspicious occasion Mythological Story Telling Activity for classes I to V was organized. Students narrated tales from Ramayana. They dressed up as their favorite characters from the Ramayana. This not only added an element of spirituality but also familiarized the with the epic’s characters. Students actively participated in the enactment of various excerpts of the Ramayana imbibing the virtues of truth and courage.
