Cooking: “An Art of Science and Math”

Fireless cooking – The most fun and enjoyable self-learning act of cooking, this hands on cooking activity, helps children to develop confidence, foster creativity and culinary skills while also makes them aware of their nutritive values and make themselves self sufficient to satisfy their hunger pangs.

Here, at Springfields Public School on 18 October 2024 chefs of classes I to V donned their chef caps and aprons, celebrated fireless cooking by preparing delicious delicacies like bread sandwiches, fruit salads, sprout chaat, corns chaat and gave a tickle to our taste buds with combination of bread, butter and jam.

It was amazing to watch their little fingers play whilst decorating, garnishing and using cutlery for different spread on the soft cushy bread slices.

It was a day filled with smiles, achievement, fun and love for cooking in the most distinguished way. This activity was organised under the supervision of class teachers.
