Celebrations of Parkash Purab of Guru Nanak Dev ji and Children’s Day

To commemorate the celebrations of Parkash Purab of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and to mark the occasion of Children’s Day- the Birth Anniversary of Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru, the first Prime Minister of independent India, a special assembly was organised where our honourable Director Principal, Mrs Veena Chopra extended her wishes to everyone. She motivated the students to tread on the path of love, compassion and brotherhood as shown by Guru Nanak Dev ji and also follow the principles set by Pt. Nehru. Besides, Mrs. Kanwalpreet Kaur of English department also apprised the students about the significance of these days. She added that Gurpurab is the time of reflection, devotion, and encapsulating Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s universal teachings of peace, love, and equality. She also wished the students to always have a world filled with love, warmth, and endless opportunities to grow and shine.
