On 5th July 2025, Springfields Public School, Yamunanagar organized a CBSE Based Workshop on Value Education for the professional growth of its teaching staff. The session was led by the esteemed resource person, Ms. Pooja Batra, a well-known educationist in the field of value education. The event began with a warm welcome extended by Simran Ma’am, who expressed gratitude for Ms. Batra's presence. Various interactive activities were conducted during the workshop, aimed at integrating core values into everyday teaching practices. Teachers actively participated in discussions, role plays, and reflective tasks designed to foster empathy, responsibility, and critical thinking in students. The session emphasized the importance of moral values in today’s rapidly changing world. Director Principal,Veena Ma'am appreciated the initiative and mentioned  that such workshops empower educators to stay updated and committed to holistic teaching. Ms. Pooja Batra shared real-life classroom experiences and innovative techniques to make value education impactful.  Overall, the session was enlightening and motivating for all participants. The staff felt more confident and enriched after the experience. Mr. Prabal proposed the vote of thanks, appreciating the valuable contribution of the resource person.
