Radiating the colours of patriotism and the joy of tradition, the school celebrated the 79th Independence Day with grandeur on Thursday, 14 August 2025, under the esteemed guidance of our Respected Director-Principal, Veena Ma’am.
The programme began with a heartfelt speech by Ms. Uma Bali from the Department of Social Science, who beautifully highlighted the significance of India’s freedom and also spoke about the spiritual and cultural importance of the upcoming festival of Janmashtami. Her words set the perfect tone for the dual celebrations.
This was followed by a mesmerising dance performance on Independence Day by the talented students of Class IV and a vibrant, joyous dance on Janmashtami by the enthusiastic children of Class II.
The event reached its zenith with an inspiring speech by Director-Principal Veena Ma’am, which touched every heart. Her eloquent words resonated deeply, instilling a profound sense of patriotism, unity, and devotion. She urged everyone to cherish the hard-earned freedom of our nation and to uphold its values with pride and responsibility.
