JANMASHTAMI CELEBRATION

Janamshtami is a Hindu festival to celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna. Lord Krishna is the God of tenderness, immense knowledge and powerful incarnation of Lord Vishnu.

This festival was celebrated with great fervor and enthusiasm in the school with the parents of Class – I and II students on 4 and 5 September. They recited devotional songs and stories related to Lord Krishna. The performance of parents was applauded by Ma’am Veena Chopra, Director Principal.

Students of class III-V made beautiful flutes using colourful sheet and embellished them with beads, stars and pearls which not only sparked their creativity but also connected them to the iconic image of Lord Krishna. They enjoyed a lot while doing this activity.
