HARYANA HEROES’ DAY

Haryana’s War Heroes Martyrdom Day or Shaheedi Diwas is observed on 23 September every year. To commemorate the day and to pay tribute to the freedom fighters and martyrs, who laid their lives to make Haryana a wonderful state. An Activity was conducted for classes I to V on 22 September in which Children pasted the pictures of Haryana’s War Heroes in their scrap files and wrote few lines about them and spoke about them in their classes. They saluted the supreme sacrifices of martyrs for the nation. Through this activity the spirit of patriotism was imbibed in the heart and soul of the children.
