Breast Cancer— an overview

Breast cancer is one of the most prevalent ailments affecting both women and men. Around 1 million cases per year are reported in India.

To make children aware of its symptoms as well as its treatment, an extended lecture was given by our school doctor Mrs.Pallavi, on Wednesday, October 4,2023. She informed the students about different types of breast cancer, signs and symptoms as well as treatment available in our country. Breast cancer is easily curable if diagnosed early. Even the symptoms are easily identifiable.

The lecture was truly informative and well received by the students and faculty.
