Food when eaten at proper intervals and in the right amount keeps children healthier. A balance and healthy diet consists of several ingredients which includes pulses, grains etc.
The students prepared healthy Chana Chaat with cucumber, onion, paneer, tomatoes, pomegranate, bananas and lemon. They enjoyed the activity and served the dish artistically and aesthetically. The teacher explained the students about the nutritious value of all the healthy ingredients used in Chana Chaat.
