Since its inception 26 years ago Springfields has sought to attain its aim of providing a complete education academically, culturally & holistically. We continue to examine ourselves and through hard work we make progress to discover what makes the school function most effectively and what we need to do to become a truly outstanding educational institution for this time & age. Our goal is not to be the best school for this year or that, but to be the best possible school for now & for the years to come.

Our objective at Springfields is to be diverse in all respects. We want our students to be those boys & girls who can successfully engage the academic curriculum & who will be good citizens of our community.

In order to optimize our chances of finding strong students & good citizens we must be able to provide a platform for our children to think & interact on a vast range of interests & perspectives. To be sure that all children are included, that issues of dominant and subordinate are minimized, that safety and respect are afforded to every student at Springfields
