Class--IX

Karate, an unarmed martial art, originated in Japan is one of the popular self defence techniques practiced all over the world. This art involves punching, grappling, joint locks and so on. A workshop on Karate was organised for the students of Classes VII and IX under the guidance of Manmohan sir. He taught various  joint lock techniques to the students. All the students participated with full enthusiasm and vigour.
