  2. Shivratri celebration Activities will be done to make the children stay connected with glorious culture and learn about our mythology.
  • Maha Shivratri  is  one of the most important festivals of Hindus. It is celebrated with great enthusiasm and fervous all over the country. On this day, Lord Shiva was married to Goddess Parvati. On  Shivratri  , very early in the morning, Shiva temples are flocked by devotees. The devotees observe a  fast  throughout   the day and night. Various rituals are performed by them.
  • To make the children stay connected with glorious culture and learn about our mythology an activity was conducted.

  • Children made Trishool and Damru and decorated it with golden beads, jewels and stickers etc. They enjoyed doing this activity and enthusiastically participated in it.
