Today’s children are the nation builders of tomorrow. The children who are fit can handle day-to-day physical and emotional challenges in a better way.

Fitness challenge week was organized for classes I to V. Various activities like – Yoga, meditation, aerobics, races and hand exercises were conducted for the students. They also played games, did sit ups, crunches, skipping and a lot more.

The students enthusiastically participated in these activities that aimed to promote holistic development and healthy life style of the students. It was a superb week for all.
