Vibrant Tribute: Springfields Celebrates Baisakhi & Ambedkar Jayanti with Fervor (13 April 2026)
“Celebrations infuse life with passion and purpose, bringing together diverse traditions and values” — this was proved true by the spirited celebrations at Springfields School on 13 April 2026, marking Baisakhi and the birth anniversary of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
The campus was filled with joy and excitement. Mr. Anurag Gautam (English faculty) delivered an eloquent speech, explaining that Baisakhi is not only a harvest festival but also marks the establishment of the Khalsa Panth and the tragic Jallianwala Bagh massacre. He also highlighted Dr. Ambedkar’s role as the chief architect of the Indian Constitution.
Adding to the occasion, Director Principal Ms. Veena Mam also spoke up and made the students aware of the values of unity, equality, and social justice.
The celebration was a heartfelt tribute to both heritage and constitutional values.
