Nature Discovery Walk 6 February 2026
To encourage young learners to explore and appreciate the natural world, a Nature Discovery Walk was organised in the school for the students of classes I-V on February 6,2006. The main objective of this activity was to help students observe nature closely and develop awareness about their environment.
During this activity, the students were taken around the school campus, garden and open areas. They carefully observed trees, plants, flowers, butterflies, birds, stones etc. Teachers guided the students to notice different colours, shapes, smell and sounds found in nature.
The activity created a joyful learning environment and helped improve students’ observation skills, curiosity and confidence. It also promoted values such as love for nature, responsibility and environmental care.
