Anxiety and Stress (October 17, 2026)
On October 17, 2026, an insightful and highly relevant seminar on the critical topic of “Anxiety and Stress” was conducted for students in Classes VIII, IX, and X. The session was expertly led by Dr. Manpreet, Dr. Rajvee, and Dr. Siddharth.
To help students foster a healthier, more resilient mindset, the speakers introduced a helpful framework called MAGNET. This acronym stands for Mindfulness, Affirmations, Gratitude, Not Negative, Efforts, and Transfer.
During the interactive session, students learned that the first steps to controlling anxiety involve three key actions: engaging in physical Exercise to release mood-boosting endorphins, practicing deep Breathing techniques to calm the nervous system, and sharing their feelings with trusted individuals.
This important educational initiative successfully provided our students with essential, practical tools to effectively navigate academic pressure and prioritize their emotional well-being.
