National Unity Day is celebrated every year on 31st October to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, fondly remembered as the ‘Iron Man of India’. The day highlights the importance of unity, integrity and harmony among the people of our nation.

To mark this occasion, students of classes I to V enthusiastically participated in ‘National Unity Day: A Quiz on India’, an engaging and informative activity designed to enhance their knowledge about India’s rich history, culture and national identity.

The morning assembly was further enriched by an insightful and inspiring speech delivered by Simran Ma’am who beautifully highlighted the significance of both National Unity Day and Haryana Day. Her words shed light on the spirit of national integration, the legacy of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and the rich cultural heritage and traditions of Haryana.

The celebration served as a meaningful reminder that Unity in diversity is the true strength of India.
